LOGLINE 

When a young man growing up in the inner city of Allentown in the late '60s finds his life shift from happiness, personal conflicts, life of substance, and finding salvation, it's the moment when life creates the lyrics to the music that saves your life. STEVE BROSKY. 

 

SYNOPSIS

Through the ups and downs of personal relationships and internal battles, Steve learns that true fulfillment comes from sharing his gift with others. He discovers that sometimes it's not just about saving your own life - it's about saving others through the power of song.


STEVE'S STORY

Steve grew up in the shadows of the industrial smokestacks in the working-class city of Allentown, Pa. After his misspent youth, He picked up his guitar and embarked on his rock n' roll dreams, birthing Steve's musical style and the Steve Brosky Band. Steve Brosky n' the Buix, and finally Steve Brosky and the BBC, he started to work at area clubs and sit in with other musicians. 

Each of his recordings improves on the mix that runs through all his works. Street characters, hipster jive and swagger, love songs, cool Cadillacs, reminiscences, and social commentary are portrayed with what Brosky calls his combination of R&B and garage band music.

You can find influences from blues, folk, Americana, and world music; each song's mood depends on the story Brosky wants to tell. His singing is unique and relaxed but still a bit edgy. It is conversational as if he is talking to you about something, but he might as well sing about it since he happens to be holding a guitar. ABOUT THE TEAM

Michael B. Judkins - Filmmaker
It is creating stories that reach, teach, and empower. 10+ years of experience in the creative industry as an independent Creative Director, Screenwriter/Writer, and Content Creator. Mental Health Advocate. Believe that art can change lives! He Holds an Associate Of Science in Journalism, a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. In addition to Product Management Certification, Safe Set Certification, Award Winning Director/Writer Producer( Lonely Girl- Short Film2022) Films Festivals. Michael was Signed to AOIS 21 Media Publishing House, which published his Second Poetry Collection titled “ Interlude to Sentimental Me.” Later, turning the poetry into a stage play with two sold-out nights In Bethlehem, PA, 2018.

  • Pre-Production and Production Stages(Including Principal Photography): Consists of casting talent, hiring crew, finding locations, securing craft services, permits, insurance, equipment rental, wardrobe/props, and incidentals. Estimated Cost - $8,000 
     
  • Post-Production Stage: This consists of post-editing, sound mixing, colorist, special effects, and other incidentals needed to capture excellent footage.Estimated Cost - $6,000 
     
  • Marketing and Distribution: Consists of promotional materials(posters/social media ads and TV ads), theatre rental for the premiere and theatrical release of the film, film aggregator services for streaming platform release(Netflix, Tubi, Amazon Prime Video, etc.)Estimated Cost - $6,000
